Assembly, Safety, Maintenance and Disclaimers

Before using any sporting goods equipment, it is essential to read and understand these instructions and warnings carefully. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.

Safety Warning & Requirements

Use of this equipment can be inherently dangerous and involves risks of injury or death, both to the user and to third parties. By using the equipment, the user acknowledges and assumes these risks and agrees to use the equipment in a responsible and safe manner, and to assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may result from its use.

Owners of this equipment have experienced contact between sharp edges of the equipment and their body, so please carefully mount and dismount, and wear gear to protect yourself from contact with the equipment. Please observe the sharp edges before use, and stay aware from them at all times. Pay close attention to your legs and feet while swimming to avoid coming in contact with sharp edges. When in use, this product can become dangerous for those around you, so stay away from other people. Never use this product unless you are in good health and an experienced swimmer. When in use, please wear a suitable helmet, life vest, and other protective gear. Avoid shallow water and obstacles. Only use in good and safe weather conditions. Do not use this product during lightning or thunderstorms. Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. This product is for adult use only (age 18 or older) unless properly supervised by an adult. Please do not use this product alone. The user is responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them.

Finally, it is the user's responsibility to use the equipment in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and to refrain from using the equipment in any manner that is not recommended by the manufacturer or that may be unsafe.

Equipment Maintenance

Please ensure equipment is assembled properly and all screws are tightened to the specified torque specification. Please ensure that screws and threads are kept clean and free of debris. Please rinse and dry after every use. Please do not use in extreme temperatures or expose to sunlight for long durations. Please store in a safe and dry place. 

It is the user's responsibility to inspect the equipment before each use and to refrain from using any equipment that appears to be damaged or defective. If any defects or problems are discovered, the equipment should be immediately removed from use and replaced or repaired as necessary.

BETA Foils is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from the use or misuse of the equipment, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage arising from defects or inadequate warnings or instructions. By using the equipment, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms and assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment. BETA Foils shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profit in any way connected with this product under any claims.

Equipment Assembly

Please ensure there is no debris in the screw holes. Please take the three components of this product and attach them together with the four M6 screws provided.  Please take the assembled product and attach it to a board (not provided) with the four M8 screws provided.
